Low-wage migrant workers are frequently exposed to health-damaging living and working conditions while simultaneously being excluded from healthcare. This study identified 21 healthcare services targeting this group across six countries, including established medical facilities, mobile clinics, and telehealth services. Most were directed at farmworkers in the USA. Although many services specifically addressed common access barriers – such as free care or non-traditional hours – their effectiveness remains largely unclear. The findings highlight that health systems cannot rely on low-wage migrant workers to seek out care on their own. Instead, services must be actively designed to be accessible and reachable for this population.
